Spotify Camp Nou Stadium

PVADA contributed to the transformation of Spotify Camp Nou through its work on landscape design, playing a key role in redefining the stadium’s relationship with its urban and cultural surroundings. The project reflects a future-oriented vision, integrating complex architectural and infrastructural elements into a cohesive, world-class environment.

The project presented significant challenges, including accelerated schedules and strict deadlines driven by high-profile stakeholders. Prior to our involvement, the landscape architecture scope lacked clear coordination, resulting in fragmented communication and inconsistencies across disciplines.

Our team was brought in to lead the landscape BIM coordination and streamline the digital workflow. We developed a tailored BIM Execution Plan, conducted model audits, and implemented clash detection and LOD alignment to ensure seamless integration between the landscape and other disciplines. Through centralized coordination and active participation in remote design reviews, we accelerated decision-making, improved model clarity, and restored confidence across stakeholders.

Our contribution significantly improved cross-disciplinary collaboration, reduced design conflicts, and enabled the project to meet critical milestones without compromising quality. The clarity and structure we introduced ensured that the landscape scope was fully integrated into the broader stadium redevelopment — both digitally and spatially — supporting a transformative design outcome aligned with the project’s ambitious vision.
