Between Taq Bostan Road and the airport, which is one of the most important attraction points for tourists and visitors, we have designed a multi-functional building that includes different services such as offices, commercial, and healthcare with adaptive environments. The building’s orientation is parallel to the site. also, to take advantage of the nearby plaza, we decided to cut the north angle into two parts to let more light enter the building and create an inviting atmosphere.

Creating efficient access points as well as correct and optimal circulation of internal spaces as well as taking advantage of the maximum area of the site and attracting visitors and tourists to this building are among the most important issues that have been thought about in the design.
