Our architectural endeavor in Gheytaieh, Tehran, seamlessly blends innovation with functionality, offering a modern living experience. Our comprehensive services encompassed design, construction, and interior design, ensuring a harmonious fusion of aesthetics and practicality.

The facade reflects a modern aesthetic, featuring a dynamic interplay of vertical elements and sleek black frames for openings and windows. Strategic incorporation of vegetation and flower boxes enhances the visual appeal, creating a connection between nature and the contemporary architectural design.

Attention to environmental factors played a pivotal role in our design philosophy. Understanding the challenges posed by the western side, we strategically refrained from installing windows in that direction. This decision not only mitigates disturbances caused by prevailing winds but also addresses concerns related to the positioning of the sun during the afternoon, sunset, and dusk.

Embracing a minimalistic approach, the interior spaces exude an aura of simplicity and sophistication. White materials dominate the palette, creating a canvas that maximizes the impact of natural light. Despite navigating through stringent municipal regulations, an open kitchen and an open floor plan were seamlessly integrated, ensuring a spacious and inviting ambiance.
