In this small-scale residential project, using BIM-integrated modeling enabled the creation of accurate and detailed models that incorporate information about the building’s structural elements, materials, and systems. This information was used to optimize the building’s energy efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Even, the design of the parking floor, stairs, and corridors was also integrated into the BIM model, allowing the client to visualize the space and make informed decisions about the design, layout, and materials used. This could improve safety, functionality, and accessibility for occupants, while also reducing construction time and costs.
