It’s our mission to lead projects more successfully than we found and that’s why all of our projects have global standards and must align with our triple bottom line – being environmentally sustainable, socially responsible, resource-consciousness, good craftsmanship, and financially viable as essential elements of our work. This ethos is fundamental to every project, a thread that runs from master planning to detail design.

We have contributed significantly to the development of welfare societies in Europe, the Middle East, and the rest of the world since our founding in Tehran, Iran in 2012. As Founder and CEO of PVADA, Pegah leads a multidisciplinary architecture and BIM consultancy delivering high-performance design and digital coordination services across the Middle East. With over 16 years of experience in architectural design, construction supervision, and full-cycle BIM management (LOD 100–400), she specializes in aligning creative vision with regulatory precision and investment feasibility.

She holds a PhD in Architecture, IRCEO Grade 1 licenses in design, supervision, and construction, and certification in Passive Defence Architecture. Her leadership spans residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects, including international collaborations in Spain, Qatar, and the UAE.
She's passionate about transforming complex design challenges into compliant, sustainable, and investor-ready solutions, bridging aesthetics with accountability.
